Problem in Measurement Tools

I have used microDICOM viewer which really excellent dicom viewer. it is really helpful in my study project as I am doing Master in health Informatics.
I am using zip package (no installation required) but measurement option is disabled. kindly help in this regard.

I develop measurement tools and after few version they will be available.
