You can use following from command line for scanning: mDicom.exe <path_to_directory_to_scan>
Copying via command line is not possible in current version.

You can print selected page in current version. It is not removed. Can you check in print preview that you have more then one page?

Sorry it is not possible. But soon DICOM browser will be updated with many filters. One filter will be to show images in folder by date range.

Yes you can do this.
1. Start MicroDicom and open all DICOM images that you want to convert. You can use 'Scan for DICOM files'.
2. Open Export to image dialog.
3. Select source - all patients
